I like to use bronzer as a blush. I’ve heard of a few different way you are supposed to apply it (some say on the cheek bones, some say to underline the apples of your cheeks, etc…..). Which is the right way?

I have a beautiful blue dress with silver diamonds on a pin in the middle of the dress and im wearing silver or clear heels. I want to know what colors to wear for makeup with the dress.
