i have a round face and a flat-ish chin so my face looks super round.
my skin is a light tan somewhat-goldish colour right now but in the winter i usually have fair skin.
i have never used blush before because i dont know how or where to apply it, or what kind to get (powder, creme), or what shade would look best on me.
please help me, im starting high school in a week!
Get a shimmery bronzer from MAC i believe the price is $20-25 they will help you choose the right shade and they way to apply it is to make a kissy face with your jaws not touching so basically you are pursing your lips without your teeth touching….hard to explain but hopefully you understand..then apply the blush on the apples of your cheeks (when you purse your lips like that ur cheeks are getting sucked in so you apply the blush on ur cheek bones..the part that isn’t sucked in) and extend it between your eye and ear. Hope this helped..You can also go to youtube.com enter how to put on blush and there are some tutorials that will help!
Use a pale pink blush just on the apples of your cheeks. Suck in your cheeks like a model and use a big brush just on the part where your bone sticks out
here are a few things that i might try:
a light pink colored blush. smile and apply it to the apple or your cheek(the roundest part when you smile)
a good way to make your face look longer and thinner is by using a bronz-y color right under your cheekbones. if you start about an inch from your mouth, and go up into your hairline, it will give the illusion that you have high cheekbones, just make sure you blend well!!
If you go to a mall you can talk to someone at a make-up counter (at Belks or somewhere else) and they can give you professional tips…plus they can show you how to do it and you can talk to them about any other questions you have.
