Instead of having a sharp line of eyeliner around your eyes, i would suggest using an eyeliner smudger as well to smudge the eyeliner a bit so it doesnt look as harsh, or you could just use your finger (but it might not work as well). Brown mascara will also look more natural than black mascara. For blusher, use suttle colours, a peachy pink always looks nice or your could use a a bit of bronzer. Dab the blusher onto the top of your cheekbones, or smile and dab it onto the part of your cheeks that stick out a bit (if that makes sense). You are not supposed to notice when people have got foundation on, so if you use foundation make sure it is the prefect match colour to your skin tone. Hope this helped.
