A peachy orange. Nothing to red because you are pretty pale

A rosy pink, or a cream light blush would look good with your light skin tone. Don’t go to dark!

TIP:

If you ever do a dark eye, go for a subtle lip. If you go for an extreme lip, go for a lighter eyeshadow. :D

I’m not an expert or anything so I’m sure you’ll get better responses but I think you should go for a natural pinky-peach tone. Since your eyes are so dark and your lips are natural you want your cheeks to be natural and soft as well. I’d put it just on the apples of your cheeks so it looks like you just came in out of the snow.

The Loreal website as all sorts of tips about application#

For you peachy tones, definitely. Something I did not know is to apply it to the cheek bone not the middle of your cheek then after it is applied softly brush over it with Kleenex to feather it out for blending. It took me a while to actually wear blush properly and to my liking when first started. have fun with it though :) And remember to have the right lighting what may look light to you in the crappy lighting of a room may be very loud where their is florescent lighting ( like school and stuff)
